Hugo Cortez is responsible for decisions relating to building maintenance, Cleanroom process, Chillers, Vacuum, Ultra-pure water, cooling water, HVAC, Compressor Air, Nitrogen, and other systems. He is responsible for new designs, technical specifications, procurement of specific materials and services. Hugo analyses the reliability and maintainability of equipment, and also is his responsibility to define solutions in the present continuous improvement.

Hugo Cortez has a Degree in Industrial Engineering with Post-Graduate Studies in Maintenance Engineering. He is Trainer in Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM) and is the responsible at INL for the Maintenance & Installation Unit.
