João Meneses

Nanosafety
João Meneses is a Junior Research Fellow at the INL working in the Nanosafety Research Group. João’s work focuses on computational methods on nanomaterials.
João obtained his MSc in Bioengineering with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), where he developed expertise in Biomedical Instrumentation, Processing and Analysis of signals and biomedical images, Tissue Engineering, and Regenerative Medicine. Moreover, João developed his Master’s Thesis in 3D Printing of polycaprolactone/graphene-based materials scaffolds for Tissue Engineering under a collaboration between FEUP and University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC).
João is fascinated by the entrepreneurship world and loves a good challenge.
