Rita Silva joined INL to be part of the Legal Team. Her role is to advise INL on a wide range of legal-related matters, supporting the INL’s constant growth and development. As a member of the legal team, Rita will help to improve the legal service, meet the increasing demand for legal consultations, streamline operations and business objectives, assuring appropriate risk analysis and legal compliance. She will be also advising and counselling on employment legal issues and the development of internal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Throughout his professional career as an in-house lawyer, Rita especially focused was in the field of Commercial, Contracts, Labour, Corporate and Industrial Law. In 2018, Rita joined a Company in the civil engineering sector, settled in Braga, as responsible for Legal Services. Previously and over 11 years she was enrolled in an international Portuguese Group of Companies in the Retail sector with venues in various EU countries, scaling different positions and responsibilities over time.
Rita has a Law Degree from the University of Minho, Portugal, a Post-graduation course in Local Authorities and Urban Planning Law from the University of Minho and belong to the Portuguese Bar Association from 2006./span>
