Nanofabrication for Optoelectronic Applications
Vítor Lopes is a Research Fellow working on the Nanofabrication for Optoelectronic Applications (NOA) group at INL. His research and work activities are focused on the project “SMART-PV”, which consists of developing an intelligent failure prevention platform for managing photovoltaic assets.
In 2022, Vítor finished the Doctoral Program of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minho, and his PhD thesis was focused on the “Development of a new technique for manufacturing biodegradable magnesium stents”. Vítor also holds a guest Assistant Professorship at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minho.
