Fellow

Nanostructured Solar Cells

Neha is a research fellow within the Nanostructured Solar Cells research group at INL. Her project falls under the GreenAuto PRR agenda and focuses on advancing photovoltaic cell technology integrated into textile substrates. Currently, she is dedicated to developing a low-temperature deposition process for Cu(In,Ga)Se2 and AgBiS2 absorber layers. Subsequently, these absorbers will be combined with additional layers to facilitate the efficient separation and collection of charge carriers in a solar cell device.

Neha holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from IIT Kanpur, India. Her doctoral research focused on the “Optimization of Cu2ZnSnS4 and its interface at back-contact for the photovoltaic application”. Her expertise lies in synthesizing thin films using solution-based and vacuum methods, complemented by my proficiency in comprehensive characterization techniques.
