Rui Andrade is part of the Communication, Conferences and Marketing Unit of INL. He plays an active role in the development of multimedia content at INL, such as photography, videos, and graphic design components. He also provides support for INL's communication activities.

Rui holds a Master's degree in Communication and Multimedia from the University of Aveiro. During his formative years, he worked as a Social Media Video Editor at a tech company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and as a Communication Officer in the Site and Civil Engineer Department at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland.
