Sadaf works as a Quality systems Assistant in the Quality and Coordination unit at INL. She fosters quality operations according to ISO 9001, 13485 and GLP compliance. She is coordinating and inspecting with the core departments at INL to ensure the quality management systems consistency in terms of quality, validity, and reliability with study bases, facility-based and process-based approaches.

She has previously worked in renowned food industries in Pakistan and had the last position of Deputy Manager Quality Assurance. She has done her first Masters degree in Microbiology from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pakistan and second joint degree of Masters in Quality in Analytical Laboratories from five affiliated consortium universities of Europe as University of Algarve (Portugal), University of Barcelona and University of Cadiz (Spain), University of Bergen (Norway) and University of Gdansk (Poland).
