Nanostructured Solar Cells

Vikash is working on a Hi-BITS European project to develop a novel CIGS device structure with passivated and transparent back contact, aiming at >25% efficiency.

He got his PhD from the University of Verona in Italy, where he specialized in chalcogenide solar cells. Vikash is passionate about renewable energy and believes that chalcogenide solar cells have the potential to be a major player in the future of solar energy. He is currently working on developing new and more efficient chalcogenide solar cells.
