Natalia Spera
Research Engineer
Nanochemistry
Natalia joined INL – International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory – as a Research Engineer in the Nanochemistry Research Group. She is currently working on the synthesis, characterization, and application of sustainable coatings and self-healing solutions.
Being an Aircraft Maintenance Technologist from the Federal Institute of Sao Paulo (IFSP), she has a more technical approach towards research. She holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo (USP) where she worked with self-healing polymeric coatings projects and developed her master thesis on the synthesis of refractories ceramics materials for thermal insulation.
