The Moving2Neutrality Agenda addresses the challenge of energy transition in the transportation sector by producing sustainable fuels towards carbon neutrality. Led by Petrogal, the consortium is based in the Green Energy Park in Sines, leveraging the region's unique endogenous conditions to become a hub for green energy production. It is projected to save 952,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions and create between 500 to 600 jobs (direct and indirect). In an integrated approach, 13 R&D&I projects will be developed to foster the creation of knowledge clusters in low-carbon technologies.

In order to achieve the goals of the Moving2Neutrality Agenda, specific work packages (WPs) have been defined, which encompass R&D&I activities and productive investment. These are:

• WP1. Industrial-scale production of green hydrogen.
• WP2. Support for the sustainable decarbonization of the transportation sector.
• WP3. Distribution of green H2 for the transport of the future.
• WP4. Consortium management support.
