Whistleblower Channel

This page is dedicated to individuals who wish to report serious concerns or infractions related to INL’s operations, governance, or conduct. Whether you are an employee, collaborator, partner, or external stakeholder, your voice matters — and your courage in speaking up is valued.

We recognise that raising concerns can be difficult. That’s why INL has established a secure and confidential Whistleblower Channel, governed by the Whistleblower Policy approved under Director-General Resolution DGR/DIR/336.

What You Can Report

The Channel is designed to receive reports of serious infractions, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of INL’s internal rules, regulations, or policies
  • Security incidents involving information or network systems
  • Mismanagement or misuse of funds, including those affecting EU financial interests
  • Breaches of state aid rules
  • Fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct
  • Any other unethical or improper behaviour

Your Privacy and Protection

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with your contact details. All submissions are handled with strict confidentiality and through secure processes.

Please note:
This Channel is not intended for general complaints or routine HR matters. Issues such as workplace harassment, discrimination, or research misconduct are addressed through INL’s internal regulatory mechanisms and are also protected.
