INL Staff Council

The representative and executive body of the INL Staff Association at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, the Staff Council, serves as the democratic voice of employees, advocating for employee rights and fostering excellence in workplace conditions while ensuring that employee interests are represented at all organisational levels.

The Staff Council works tirelessly to ensure that every INL employee has a voice in decisions that affect their professional life, working conditions and career development

 Employee Representation

The Council represents INL Staff Association members to management on economic, social, and professional matters. They ensure compliance with Staff Rules and statutory regulations while advocating for employee interests in institutional decision-making.

Workplace Standards

The Council actively supports continuous improvement of employment conditions, workplace safety, and welfare benefits for all INL staff and their families, contributing to INL’s reputation as an employer of choice in European research.
