Catarina Moura is a science communicator with a background in biomedical engineering and nearly a decade of international research experience. As Science Communication Officer at INL, she develops projects that connect researchers with different audiences through events, creative collaborations, and public engagement.

After completing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Southampton, Catarina transitioned from research into science communication, driven by a passion for making science more accessible and engaging. She enjoys bringing together science, art, and culture, and building collaborations that connect research with society.
