With a degree in Management by the University of Minho, Cláudia Fernandes works at INL as a Estate and Service Management Assistant (ESM). She provides operation support to the INL management services  (security, cleaning, garden, cafeteria and Pest & Control), common spaces, accesses and Guest House administration.

Before joining INL she worked for 17 years in the Financial and Human Resources areas.
