Rodrigo Casanova dos Santos Wrege
Research Engineer
2D materials and Devices
Rodrigo Wrege joined INL as a Research Engineer in September 2022. At INL, he is working on the development of a CMOS interface circuit for high-speed readout of graphene sensors for the Neural-Interface technology.
He graduated in electrical engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology Sul-Rio-Grandense (IFSUL), Brazil, in 2015. Completed the IC Brazil training in analogue and mixed-signal integrated circuits design from NSCAD Microelectronics, Brazil, in 2016. Received the MSc. and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil, in 2018 and 2022, working with ion sensors ISFETs integrated into standard CMOS technologies.
