Impacto de nanopartículas metálicas en ecosistemas acuáticos y en productos de acuicultura: Desarrollo de métodos para su detección
The main objective is to advance the knowledge of the possible toxic effects of metallic nanoparticles (NPs) of TiO2 and Ag in aquatic ecosystems related to the aquaculture sector, as well as the study of the possible effects on fish and in human nutrition. This objective is developed in 3 different objectives: 1. Study of the accumulation and effects of NPs in aquaculture products and human bioavailability studies. 2.Development of nanometrological platforms for the study of NPs. 3.Development of sensors for the rapid detection of NPs. Given the complexity of the necessary instrumentation, collaboration between all the centers involved is essential.
