Mariana Carvalho named “Reviewer of the Month” by Communications Physics

The INL Facility Manager for the Nanophotonics and Bioimaging optical facility, Mariana Carvalho, has been included in the list of “Outstanding Referees” by the Communications Physics journal, from the prestigious Nature publishing group.

Mariana Carvalho was appointed as “Reviewer of the Month – January 2021”, for her “exceptional contribution” and also for being among the ones who “have gone above and beyond what is expected of a reviewer in terms of the value of their reports, the detail of their analysis, or the degree to which they have helped the authors improve their manuscripts prior to publication”.
